We're hiring in Singapore.

UCEA Capital Partners is expanding its Singapore investment presence and looking for an Investment Associate who wants to own transactions end‑to‑end not just analyse them.

You'll work across the full private‑markets lifecycle:

Origination → Due Diligence → Investment Committee → Structuring → Co‑Investment → Execution → Portfolio

This is a role for someone who combines investment judgement, transaction execution and relationship‑building someone comfortable assessing opportunities, challenging management teams and working with sophisticated private investors across the Singapore.

What You'll Do

• Originate private‑market opportunities and assess direct/co‑investment deals.
• Lead financial, commercial and strategic analysis of prospective investments.
• Coordinate due diligence across financial, legal, commercial and technical workstreams.
• Prepare high‑quality Investment Committee materials.
• Challenge founders, CEOs and advisers on valuation, strategy and execution.
• Support structuring, negotiation and execution of direct investments, co‑investments and SPVs.
• Manage transactions from first conversation to closing and portfolio monitoring.
• Build relationships with family offices, HNW investors and private‑capital partners across the wider Singapore market.
• Participate in investor meetings, private‑capital events and syndication.

• Private Equity
• Venture Capital
• Investment Banking / Corporate Finance
• Family Office investing
• Private Credit / Growth Equity
• M&A / Transaction Advisory
