We are currently partnering with a venture capital firm in Singapore that is seeking an Investment Associate to join their team.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership across the full investment lifecycle - from sourcing and execution to portfolio management and investor engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities through market, sector, and company research.
- Lead deal sourcing and due diligence across commercial, financial, technological, and risk-related areas.
- Build financial models and prepare investment materials for internal discussions and decision-making.
- Manage the deal pipeline and coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure smooth execution.
- Support portfolio companies on valuecreation projects and assist with investor reporting and portfolio monitoring.
- Contribute to the enhancement of internal tools, processes, and overall investment capabilities.
Requirements:
- At least 48 years of experience in venture capital, venture building, or related investment functions.
- Prior exposure to technologyrelated sectors, including fintech, insurtech, or healthtech.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including financial modelling, valuation, and investment assessment, with the ability to form independent, datadriven conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to support internal decisionmaking and engage stakeholders effectively.
