Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Due Diligence & Investment Evaluation: Perform indepth market, industry, and company research; create valuation and financial models; and prepare investment papers outlining risks, findings, and recommendations.
- Execution & Structuring: Review transaction documentation and collaborate with legal, tax, and compliance teams to ensure appropriate deal structure.
- Portfolio Oversight & Reporting: Maintain portfolio dashboards tracking metrics such as NAV, IRR, and cash flows; develop regular performance updates and forwardlooking insights.
- Stakeholder & Client Coordination: Support partners during client discussions and help ensure alignment across tax, legal, governance, and investment considerations.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Apply robust risk management practices, monitor liquidity and concentration risks, and ensure processes meet documentation and audit standards.
The Successful Applicant
Experience & Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a family office, private banking, asset management, private equity, or investment banking environment.
- Strong analytical capability with solid financial modelling skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience preparing investment memos.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields; CFA or MBA is an advantage.
