The Role

• Conduct due diligence, financial modeling & valuations.
• Prepare investment proposals & presentations.
• Support execution across the deal cycle: structuring, negotiations, and documentation.
• Monitor portfolio performance & drive operational efficiency.

Your Profile

• 3+ years experience in IB, M&A, consulting or similar.
• Strong analytical, presentation & communication skills.
• Top-tier academic background.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a flat, fast-paced team environment.
