We are currently working with an investment management company with a strong track record of investments across Asia. They are seeking a motivated and analytical Investment Analyst with a passion for public and private markets investing to join their team in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct equity research and financial analysis on public market opportunities
- Evaluate private and special situations investments across Asia
- Assist in deal execution, including due diligence, financial modelling, and transaction structuring
- Prepare investment memos, pitch decks, and internal reports
- Support project management and cross-functional collaboration
- Monitor market conditions and contribute to investment strategy development
Requirements
- At least 1 - 6 years of experience in financial markets (e.g., investment banking, private equity, equity research, or related fields)
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese, or Bahasa is an advantage
- A collaborative team player with strong multitasking abilities and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
