Investment Analyst

Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for an Investment Analyst. The position is responsible for supporting investment research activities, analyzing financial data, and contributing to strategic financial planning and decision-making processes. Key responsibilities include conducting market analysis, preparing investment reports, monitoring financial performance, and supporting portfolio evaluation activities. The role also involves reviewing economic and financial information, assisting with risk assessment processes, maintaining financial documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide analytical insights that support organizational objectives. In addition, the position will contribute to financial forecasting, performance tracking, investment planning support, and operational reporting while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and alignment with internal financial standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of investment analysis, financial markets, and portfolio management principles

• Understanding of financial reporting, market research, and economic analysis processes

• Ability to support investment evaluation, financial modeling, and analytical reporting activities

• Familiarity with financial data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and reporting systems

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and financial stakeholders

• Proficiency in preparing investment reports, financial documentation, and performance summaries

• Knowledge of risk assessment, forecasting, and operational financial analysis practices

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are considered a plus

• Strong attention to detail with effective planning and execution capabilities
