We are currently working with a well-established single-family office with a strong presence in Asia, and they are looking to hire an Investment Analyst/Associate to join their team in Singapore.
This opportunity will primarily provide exposure to portfolio and fund management matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fund & Portfolio Management: Support the oversight of a diversified investment portfolio, including performance monitoring, liquidity management, asset allocation reviews, and participation in rebalancing and capital deployment decisions.
- Investment Analysis & Strategy: Evaluate fund and direct investment opportunities across multiple asset classes and geographies, with an emphasis on disciplined underwriting and attractive risk‑adjusted returns.
- Due Diligence & Risk Management: Conduct comprehensive financial, commercial, and operational due diligence on investment managers and direct opportunities to ensure alignment with investment objectives and risk parameters.
- Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement: Prepare periodic investment reports and committee materials, collaborate with internal teams and external managers, and provide clear insights on portfolio performance and key developments.
- Process Enhancement & Strategic Support: Contribute to continuous improvement of investment processes and tools, remain informed on market and regulatory trends, and support broader strategic initiatives and investment policy discussions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CFA, CPA, or advanced qualifications (e.g. MBA) preferred.
- At least 1 - 4 years of experience in investments or fund management
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
