Operating at the intersection of AI, capital markets, infrastructure, and high-performance compute, the company is expanding its finance and investment capabilities to support aggressive growth and strategic capital deployment and is looking for talent in financial modeling, capital strategy, project economics, and investment execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models covering project economics, deployment returns, asset utilization, capital efficiency, and investment scenarios.
- Support equity, debt, structured finance, fundraising, strategic investments, and transaction execution initiatives.
- Conduct commercial and financial due diligence across projects, counterparties, infrastructure opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare investment materials, investor presentations, board reporting, and analytical insights for internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, commercial, and leadership teams to evaluate growth opportunities, infrastructure economics, and strategic expansion initiatives.
Key Requirements
- Experience in investment banking, infrastructure investing, project finance, corporate finance, M&A, digital infrastructure, real estate funds, renewable energy, or related investment environments.
- Strong financial modeling capability including project finance, infrastructure models, asset-level economics, valuation, cashflow analysis, or transaction modeling.
- Strong interest or exposure to AI, data center, cloud, digital infrastructure, energy transition, semiconductor, telecom, or technology infrastructure sectors.
- AI-native mindset and actively leveraging AI tools for research, analysis, productivity, modeling, or workflow optimizations.
- Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and counterparts.
