We are supporting a venture-backed AI infrastructure platform that is building and financing next-generation AI compute & data center infrastructure across multiple regions.
This is a rare early-stage opportunity to join the financing function and gain end-to-end exposure to capital strategy, structured financing, and large-scale AI infrastructure deployments.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain financial models covering project financing, cash flow forecasting, cost of capital, scenario analysis, and portfolio planning.
- Support transaction execution across debt, equity, leasing, and hybrid financing structures including due diligence, valuation work, investment memos, lender materials, and term sheet analysis.
- Evaluate and structure strategic financing initiatives aligned with AI infrastructure deployments and customer contracts.
- Conduct research on capital markets, peer benchmarks, investor appetite, and emerging financing structures in AI infra.
- Work cross-functionally with finance, legal, operations, technical teams, and senior leadership.
- Support special projects such as cross-border financing, asset-level SPVs, and global expansion planning.
Who We're Looking For
- Around 3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Credit, Project Finance, Corporate Finance, or related analytical roles.
- Strong financial modeling skills; exposure to structured or asset-backed financing is a plus.
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams.
- Strong communication skills able to translate complex analysis into clear insights.
- Self-driven, curious, and eager to learn in a high-growth environment.
