Position: Finance Specialist
Type:Independent Contractor
Compensation:$50/hour
Location:Remote
Duration:1 week (with possibility for extension)
Commitment:10 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Design detailed prompts for generating complex financial Excel models.
- Review and refine AI-generated spreadsheets for structural integrity and formula accuracy.
- Ensure financial logic, dynamic formulas, and input-calculation separation are correctly implemented.
- Create models across topics such as 3-statement projections, DCFs, cap tables, and LBOs.
- Deliver fully functional, formula-dense Excel files that meet rigorous quality standards.
- Utilize a state-of-the-art AI Agent to create advanced Excel models.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years of experience in finance, investment banking, or private equity.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, financial modeling, and spreadsheet architecture.
- Familiarity with advanced financial modeling concepts (e.g., DCF, cash flow forecasting, capital structuring).
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to verify mathematical and structural accuracy.
- Experience creating or auditing Excel models used in professional settings.
Compensation & Legal
- $50 per completed and approved Excel model.
- Payments issued weekly for accepted deliverables.
- Independent contractor arrangement.
