We are partnering with a fast-growing, VC-backed technology company to appoint an Investment Analyst for its Singapore team. The ideal candidate is highly hands-on and execution-driven, with strong experience in financial modelling and transaction analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently build and maintain financial models from assumptions, including cash flow, valuation, and project financing models.
- Perform financial analysis and due diligence for investment and financing opportunities.
- Prepare investment memoranda, management presentations, and internal reports.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support deal execution and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- 45 years of experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity (Analyst II / III level).
- Strong hands-on financial modeling and analytical capability.
- Prior exposure to data centre projects, infrastructure, or real estate funds is highly preferred.
