Job Summary
Responsible fororganising investment projects and conducting market research on potentialinvestment deals. Assist with the evaluation of investment transactions, support investment and asset management functions.
Job Responsibilities
- Support investment and asset management functions
- Conduct feasibility studies and undertake financial modelling of investment opportunities
- Supporting the due diligence and execution process of investment transactions
- Market research of potential deals and other related accommodation businesses
- Prepare proposals and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in site visits for deals and meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Support asset valuation processes
- Administrative exercise on organising and maintaining investment project materials
- Perform any other tasks as assigned on an ad-hoc basis
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business management, or other related fields of study
- Good analytical and modelling skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, notably Microsoft Excel
- Organized, detail-oriented and meticulous
- Team player
- Detail-oriented with strong integrity and professionalism
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Interest in the real estate industry especially in the areas of investment, business development, or asset management.
