Full-Time Position
Job Scope:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation
- Process payroll inputs and liaise with Finance on salary matters
- Administer employee benefits, leave, and claims
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies
- Support work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (if applicable)
- Assist in handling employee queries and HR-related matters
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in administrative support.
- Meticulous and have the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Able to communicate well with employees of different profile.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a collaborative mindset.
