Junior Automation Developer – Power Platform / UiPath

We are hiring skilled Junior Automation Developer - Power Platform / UiPath responsible for designing, building, and maintaining RPA and PowerApps solutions within Digital Finance, combining low-code expertise with strong software development principles to drive efficient and scalable automation. More details as below:

Job Requirements:

• Must have Obtained UiPath RPA Advanced Developer Certification and/or Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate Certification
• Must have At least 2 years of hands-on experience in programming (VB, .NET), Power Platform & UiPath implementation. Experience in SAP S4 HANA, AI development
• Must have hands-on experience in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining application codes. Comfortable with maintaining & working on codes developed by other developers
• Ability to appreciate the importance of UX sensibilities
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements & priorities, maintaining a high level of efficiency and work quality.

Desired Skills:

• working experience in automating Finance processes is a distinct advantage
• Team player with a willingness to share knowledge and learn from others
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand TO-BE business processes and assess the impact the existing automations
• Develop quality RPA bots & automation solutions based on best practices, while ensuring scalability, security & maintainability. Automations must be aligned with the organization's IT policy
• Prepare Solution Design Document, Code Review Checklist, and automation / app handover documentations
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices are adopted
• Plan & conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and ensure proper testing before deployment
• Provide maintenance support, troubleshoot errors, identify root cause, and provide timely resolution for all existing RPA and app solutions
• Support Business Users in subsequent enhancements / change requests as and when required.
