We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the recruitment lifecycle and a chance to expose to different industry and function in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and screen of potential candidates
• Support on resume formatting and profiling
• Conduct research and talent mapping for niche roles
• Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms
• Involve in screening and interviewing potential consultants
• Support other HR and recruitment-related tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in any discipine
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Team Player
• Interest in Recruitment / HR
• Commit at least 3 days a week
