Recruitment and HR System

You will learn the entire recruitment and selection process, encompassing job advertisement placement, candidate screening, background checks, employment offer preparation, staff onboarding, and confirmation administration.

In addition, you will also have the opportunity to support the implementation and migration of new HR system, as well as other assigned HR and office administrative tasks.

Requirement:

• A Degree or Diploma in Human Resource and Psychology
• 1 year relevant working experience, fresh graduates are most welcome.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Good knowledge of business analytic tools
• A team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done independently
