Role Overview
This internship is for engineering students who want real exposure to how engineering projects are delivered, not classroom theory. You will work with project and management teams on live systems, documentation, site coordination and operational support. This is hands on, practical and structured. You must be comfortable working in a digitalised ERP environment.

Key Responsibilities
. Support project teams in day to day engineering and site coordination activities
. Assist with preparation and management of engineering drawings, technical submissions and project documentation
. Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure timely project progress
. Support testing, commissioning planning and handover documentation for security systems
. Assist in tracking materials, costs and variation items for ongoing projects
. Support tender preparation by compiling technical documents and compliance checklists
. Participate in process improvement and digitalisation initiatives
. Perform ad hoc engineering and operational tasks assigned by project managers

Learning Exposure
. Real world delivery of CCTV, access control and security systems
. How engineering projects are managed from award to handover
. Exposure to regulatory compliance, technical standards and documentation control
. Use of ERP systems for project tracking, materials and reporting
. Direct interaction with project managers, engineers and vendors

Required Competencies
. Comfortable using digital systems and tools in a fully digitalised ERP environment
. Strong attention to detail and structured problem solving
. Professional attitude and ability to handle technical and commercial information responsibly
. Willing to work on site when required

Preferred Qualifications
. Diploma or undergraduate student in Engineering, Electrical, Electronics or related disciplines
. Interest in security systems, infrastructure or building services engineering
. Willing to learn fast and take ownership of assigned tasks
. Fresh graduates will be considered

. Duration typically 3 to 6 months
