About the Company

Vulcan BioEnergy is a Singapore-based climate technology platform focused on deploying biomass-to-energy infrastructure across ASEAN.

The company develops and operates carbon-negative systems that convert agricultural waste into renewable energy and high-value products such as biochar.

Role Overview

This role supports the execution of cross-border infrastructure projects and business operations. The candidate will work closely with the leadership team to coordinate projects, manage documentation, and support day-to-day operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

• Coordinate and track multiple regional projects (Malaysia, Brunei, Cambodia)
• Liaise with internal teams, partners, consultants, and vendors
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and project milestones

Business Support

• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business documentation
• Support documentation for investors, banks, and partners
• Maintain and organize contracts and corporate records

Finance & Administrative Support

• Assist with invoicing, payments, and basic cashflow tracking
• Coordinate with external accountants and service providers
• Support banking documentation and onboarding processes

Executive Support

• Provide operational and administrative support to management
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications
• Support cross-border coordination activities

Requirements

Candidates will be assessed based on merit, including:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
• 1-5 years of relevant working experience (applications from strong fresh graduates are welcome)
• Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently

Compensation

Salary range: SGD 4,000 - 5,000 per month

The final offer will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and competencies.
