Develop and implement engineering strategies to optimize construction project outcomes aligned with company goals

Monitor and verify progress of documentation and on-site construction activities to ensure project milestones are met

Conduct project safety briefings to enforce compliance with safety standards and promote a secure work environment

Manage materials ordering and usage to control costs and minimize waste throughout construction phases

Supervise construction teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and timely completion of tasks

Drive measurable improvements in work quantity and quality to enhance company performance and client satisfaction

Ensure all structures are constructed safely with maximum structural integrity according to engineering specifications
