Music Merchandise Sales Assistant focus on online and tour merchandise sales of international artists .

1. managing the merchandise booth and online stores
2. Negotiating with band managers and promoters etc
3. Projecting and managing inventory and shipping
4. Handling customer inquiries and concerns
5. Hiring and managing part-time sales staff
6. Market information collection and marketing campaigns
7. Other sales related tasks

Qualification

1. Excellent on Word /Excel/Power Point/Email due to working requirement
2. Excellent in English due to working requirement
3. Retail or fashion background is an advantage
4. Good communication skills and outgoing personality
5. Excellent attention to detail
6. Teamwork and flexibility: during tour , need adjust your working time to fit with shows .
