As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a key role in driving the growth of OMG! by engaging customers, managing sales touchpoints, and supporting sales operations both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales through direct customer engagement and relationship building
- Meet with clients to introduce the product and handle inquiries or orders
- Coordinate online and physical sales activities, including retail placements, events, and order fulfillment
- Maintain and update sales records, client interactions, and inventory status
- Support the team with logistics coordination for deliveries, events, and activations
- Ensure a professional and positive brand image at all touchpoints
You Are
- Sales-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable meeting clients and handling both B2C and B2B interactions
- Organized, self-motivated, and proactive
- Familiar with basic digital tools (email, messaging apps, online order systems)
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or F&B is a plus but not required
- Driving license and your own vehicle is a bonus but not a must
