Client a leader in the FMCG space seeking to hire a Sales / BD / International Sales manager (Contract role) who is hands-on with strategic planning.
Location: Central
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm
Contract duration: 6 months contract
Salary: $8,000 to $13,000 per month
Your new role
. Synthesize and present regional business intelligencein a structured and insight driven format - tailored for senior management and global stakeholders
. Establish and maintain a centralized dashboardof market wise brand health and business performance metrics - updated on a periodic cadence
. Coordinate timely and accurate reporting of regional performance to global custodians - ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
. Develop export enabling collateral including product brochures, bulletins and commercial packs to support outbound trade from regional manufacturing hubs
. Conduct pricing and financial analysis to inform export strategies - leveraging cost structures, margin targets and competitive benchmarks
. Identify, engage and evaluate new distribution partnersacross priority markets - supporting commercial negotiations and onboarding
. Assess sourcing viability across plants- factoring in free trade agreements, duty structures and logistical efficiencies to optimize export flows
What you'll need to succeed
. Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in business development, export strategy or commercial planning within the FMCG sector
. Proven track record in cross border sales and market development - ideally across Southeast Asia and South Asia
. Strong grounding in finance and commercial analytics - with the ability to translate cost structures into pricing strategies
. Demonstrated experience in executive level reporting and stakeholder engagement - including direct interaction with C suite leadership
. Skilled in cross functional collaboration - working across supply chain, finance, marketing and regulatory teams to drive regional outcomes
