This role will drive internal messaging and engagement strategies, ensuring clear, consistent, and impactful communication across the organisation.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape narratives, support change initiatives, and strengthen employee engagement through effective communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies aligned with organisational priorities
- Craft clear, compelling messaging for leadership communications, announcements, and key initiatives
- Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business strategies into engaging internal narratives
- Support change management initiatives through targeted communication plans
- Manage internal communication channels (e.g. intranet, emails, townhalls) to drive engagement and clarity
- Develop communication materials, including presentations, talking points, and campaign assets
- Monitor communication effectiveness and continuously refine approaches based on feedback and insights
Requirements
- At least 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in internal communications and corporate communications, with meaningful tenure in prior roles.
- Strong writing and storytelling capabilities, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders and leadership communications
- Familiarity with change management and organisational transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
