Key Responsibilities

  • Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend practical improvements.
  • Review compliance with MAS regulations, licensing conditions, and risk management guidelines.
  • Prepare clear and concise audit reports for management and the board, and track remediation actions to completion.
  • Support regulatory inspections and liaise with external auditors where required.
  • Coordinate regional audit activities across APAC offices and engage relevant stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • 6 years of experience in internal audit, risk, compliance, or external audit within fund management, asset management, or financial services.
  • Prior exposure to real estate funds, REIT managers, or private fund platforms is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with MAS regulations and Singapore's regulatory framework is essential.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating cross-border audits is an advantage.
