Employment Disputes Case Management Support, TADM@NTUC
The goal of this role is to provide support in managing employment dispute cases by assisting with membership verification, case documentation, employment legislation research, and stakeholder communication while gaining practical experience and a deeper understanding of dispute resolution processes, employment law and best practices for protecting worker rights.
Responsibilities:
1.Case Management Support
- Draft summaries, correspondence for ongoing cases
2. Research and Analysis
- Research employment laws, guidelines and relevant case precedents
- Prepare research briefs and provide insights to support dispute resolution strategies
3. Membership Verification
- Check membership for referrals from internal and external parties
4. Ad hoc Tasks
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, case tracking and reports
- Contribute to special projects or initiatives within the unit as needed
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest in labor law, mediation, and employment dispute resolution is a plus.
