Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and business / investment feasibility on platform M&A deal opportunities.
• Assist the team in macro & research support to maintain up-to-date financial and benchmark data.
• Constructing financial models to support investment decisions and strategic planning.
• Contribute to understanding and mitigating deal risks and concerns.
• Preparing business / investment approval materials.
• Provide support to the team in real M&A deal execution if opportunity arises.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance or Accountancy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Familiarity with using Bloomberg, CapIQ, and other M&A databases will be advantageous.
• Possess the ability to multitask, and passion to acquire new knowledge.
• Detail-oriented, meticulous and able to connect insights to broader business goals
