About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Pricing Analyst Intern to join our Pricing team at Climate Impact X (CIX). This role offers exposure to global carbon markets and hands-on experience in data analysis, market intelligence, and product development. The successful candidate will support daily operations, enhance data-driven publications, and contribute to commercial and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize pricing data for daily publications and analytics.
- Support data ingestion tasks and monitor data quality across analytics products.
- Conduct data analysis to support:
- Market research and ad-hoc publications
- Marketing campaigns and external communications
- Commercial engagement strategies and client analytics
- Sales materials and company presentations
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Singapore and London to ensure alignment on outputs.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.
- Solid research and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas), familiarity with other data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI, Python, SQL) is a plus.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for professional presentations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Interest in carbon markets, sustainable finance, or commodities trading is a plus.
- Availability for a full-time six-month internship.
