Responsibilities
Job Description
- Assist with statistical analysis, data modelling, and other special projects
- Interpret and analyze data from multiple industry research databases, transforming findings into actionable insights and visualizations
- Assist with governing user access to the dashboard by managing permissions, maintaining user lists, and ensuring compliance with data security protocols
- Support the preparation of reports, charts, and presentations to communicate analytical findings to stakeholders
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics or any other related disciplines
- Strong interest in Real estate fund management and investment management domain
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
