Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports to track key business and sales performance metrics.
• Conduct data-driven analyses on sales trends, customer segmentation, and sales effectiveness to support strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Finance) to gather data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting workflows and improve data transparency.
• Clean, organize, and manage datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Contribute to the development of materials and insights for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and leadership offsite meetings.

Qualifications,Skills & Experience

• Background in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Excel for data manipulation, visualization, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with data transformation, querying (e.g., SQL), and database management.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to perform both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
• A respectful, inclusive, and culturally aware approach to teamwork and communication.
