Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing, updating, and standardising Standard Operating Procedures ( SOPs ) across brands.
• Support the development and refinement of operational frameworks ( e.g., Pre-Opening, POP Review, Service & Product Review ).
• Conduct data analysis and generate insights for operational dashboards and performance reports.
• Help coordinate global improvement projects, including sustainability, quality assurance, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Participate in research, benchmarking, and identifying best practices across hospitality and service industries.
• Support the documentation and testing of digital tools ( e.g., Pre-Opening Software, Audit Software, SOP chatbot ).
• Prepare presentations, reports, and training materials for internal stakeholders.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Hospitality, Operations Management, Facilities Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with an eye for detail.
• Able to work independently and multitask.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about operational excellence and global hospitality operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( especially Excel and PowerPoint ); experience with Power BI, Tableau, or process mapping tools is a plus.
