About The Role

Join Cushman & Wakefield's Global Occupier Services (GOS) team as a Pricing & Analytics Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting strategic pricing and commercial initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work alongside regional business leaders, finance professionals, and client solutions teams to help develop pricing strategies that support complex real estate outsourcing pursuits and client engagements.

You will gain exposure to commercial modelling, financial analysis, market research, and proposal development while developing a strong understanding of the commercial drivers behind corporate real estate services. This role is ideal for students who enjoy blending analytical thinking with business strategy and are keen to learn how large-scale real estate solutions are structured and priced.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of pricing models for Global Occupier Services proposals, renewals, and client pursuits across APAC.
• Assist in gathering, validating, and analysing financial, operational, and market data to support commercial decision-making.
• Perform pricing and cost benchmarking across countries, service lines and client requirements.
• Help prepare commercial analyses, business cases, and pricing recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with operations, business line leaders, subject-matter experts and account teams to collect information required for pricing exercises.
• Support the preparation of client-facing proposal content, pricing summaries, and commercial documentation.
• Assist with data visualisation, reporting, and presentation development for regional leadership and pursuit teams.
• Maintain pricing databases, assumptions libraries, and supporting commercial records to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate pricing processes, including the use of analytics, technology and AI.
• Support ad hoc strategic projects and analysis as required by the APAC Commercial Pricing team.
  
  

About You

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Economics, Business, Accounting, Real Estate, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and interpreting financial information.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative and multicultural environment.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about commercial strategy and corporate real estate services.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Power BI, Python, R, SQL, VBA or other analytical tools would be advantageous.
• Interest in commercial real estate, outsourcing solutions, consulting, or corporate services is desirable.
