Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch for a fulfilling internship opportunity! This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in a corporate environment, allowing you to contribute to ongoing projects while learning from experienced professionals. As a Learning & Development (L&D) intern in Bosch Training Centre (ASEAN), you will support the operations and learning initiatives in collaboration with experienced team members.
What you will do (Key Responsibilities)
. Assist in the planning and coordination of resources for on-site trainings and workshops, including room setup, participant communication, and vendor management, ensuring smooth execution and participant satisfaction.
. Design and develop materials for learning initiatives and programmes, supporting the communication of these initiatives to enhance employee engagement and knowledge retention.
. Assist in the planning and event management of learning initiatives, including vendor management and communications, contributing to successful learning experiences.
. Ensure training expenses for on-site trainings and workshops are processed promptly, maintaining accurate records and efficient financial operations.
. Research and propose new, engaging, and innovative learning activities, technologies, and content to enhance our existing materials, driving continuous improvement in learning and development.
. Depending on personal interest and comfort level, co-facilitate some of the on-site sessions, gaining valuable experience in delivering training and developing facilitation skills.
. Support other HR and L&D projects as necessary, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR department and gaining broad experience.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)
. An educational background in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
. A strong interest in learning and development, talent development, or organizational learning.
. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
. A self-motivated and adaptable individual with a positive attitude, demonstrating initiative and a willingness to learn.
Bonus Points If You...
. Experience in developing visual or presentation aids and materials.
. Experience in working across cultures or regional/global teams
