- Assist in the design and implementation of training programs and workshops
- Help coordinate and organize employee development activities and events
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of learning materials and resources
- Assist in tracking and reporting on various talent development metrics and KPIs
Job Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interest in talent development and employee learning
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
