Rare opportunity to working on Corporate Talent Management initiatives at group level.
1) Support knowledge management and retention for TM and its community
- Ability to use various tools e.g. Scribe and automate processes (ability to use Power automate) and Teams / Sharepoint platform to build repositories such that the larger HR community can search the knowledge base and be updated on what is new.
- Enable new Way of Working in imparting established processes (e.g. videos, self help guides with AI enablement)
- Enable knowledge sharing across institutions -> enable continuity of capability building across the HR community
2) Assist with building reports and data analysis for Institutional Reviews
- Support building of data and metrics from HRIS system into Tableau or Excel for graphical / pictorial reporting
- Use of advanced excel functions (e.g. Macros) to enable on-demand reporting as per general needs of users
3) Assist and support TM engagement events
- Manage logistics and set up of engagement events
- Support Talent Management programmes
4) Assist and support TM Projects
