Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Building Services Consultancy & Project Site Management (Design & Build)
- Assist in the setup, preparation and model building development as planned /designed by Architect/QP, in BIM (Revit) Architecture according to BCA BIM standards
- Preparation of 2D and 3D AutoCad Drafting
- Draft submission of Cover Letters addressing respective building authorities for different project development stages
- Assist in the submission of drawings and documentations to all building authorities URA, BCA, SCDF, LTA, NEA, PUB, NParks, etc to obtain respective approvals /clearances, including amendments
- The above apply to all major stages of project development DC, BP, Tender, Construction, and TOP/CSC.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Diploma in Design, Architecture, Sustainable Built Environment, Architectural Technology & Building Services or equivalent
- Possess positive learning attitude and good interpersonal skills to coordinate and collaborate on work processes on a multi-disciplinary basis
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Conversant in BIM (Revit) and AutoCAD platforms to perform drawing and design work.
- Knowledge in basic regulatory requirements (URA, BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA, LTA, NParks, etc), and Architectural related Codes of Practice.
