This internship opportunity provides meaningful hands-on learning opportunities for selected interns to understand, experience and learn about asset management and building operations.
Role Overview
The intern will support the Business Development and Account Servicing team at Keppel Real Estate Services (KRES). The role provides exposure to client engagement, pitching, consultancy projects, and collaboration with government agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Pitch Support
Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and presentation materials
Support basic research on clients, markets, and competitors
Help maintain a tracking list of BD opportunities and pitches
Account & Project Support
Support servicing of existing client accounts, including meeting preparation and followups
Assist in coordinating with internal teams on project-related tasks
Help organise documents, presentations, and project materials
Billables & Admin Support
Assist in tracking billables and costs for thirdparty projects
Support simple project trackers and documentation for finance and reporting
Help ensure project records are organised and up to date
Product & Capability Development Support
Assist in developing and updating service offerings and product materials
Support internal initiatives related to new ideas, tools, or frameworks
Government & Grant Support
Assist with preparation of materials for government agency engagements
Support documentation and tracking for grants and capability development programmers
Learning Outcomes
Exposure to business development and consulting work in real estate services
Understanding of client servicing, pitching, and professional services delivery
Handson experience in government collaboration and sustainability-related initiatives
Job Requirements
Undergraduate or postgraduate student
Interest in business, real estate, sustainability, or urban development
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Comfortable with PowerPoint, Excel, and basic research
- self driven and takes initiative, be comfortable to work with a wide group of people both from Keppel and external
- strong communication skills
- some understanding of financial modelling
- preferably, be interested and have experience in events organising/placemaking/online content creation.
