Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch for a fulfilling internship opportunity! This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in a corporate environment, allowing you to contribute to ongoing projects while learning from experienced professionals. As an Intern, Regional Corporate Strategy & Business Development (ASEAN) you will support the following key tasks in collaboration with experienced team members.

What you will do (Key Responsibilities)

• Support the development of regional business strategies, market assessments, and growth initiatives across ASEAN, gaining exposure to organic and inorganic growth activities.
• Monitor regional trends, conduct analysis, and identify growth opportunities, assisting in evaluating new market or product opportunities and assessing competitive landscapes.
• Support partnership portfolio reviews, preparation of proposals/presentations, and business case development.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and internal intelligence tools, supporting recurring strategy updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
• Support e-commerce initiatives and integrate AI and digital tools into strategic analysis and decision-making processes.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned by the director or manager.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

• Students currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or related fields. International candidates are welcome.
• Able to work full time (5 days a week) for a period of 6 months or more.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, coupled with interpersonal competence.
• Curious, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic regional environment.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge in Power BI is a plus.

Bonus Points If You.

• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
• Previous internship or project experience related to strategy & market prognosis.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
