Responsibilities:
. Client Consultation and Needs Assessment
. Creating Design Concepts
. Material and Fixture Selection
. Project Management
. Good Coordination
. Budgeting and Cost Estimation
. Sourcing and Procurement
. On-site Supervision
. Communication and Presentation
Requirements:
. At least Diploma in Interior Design or other related studies (architecture or fine arts etc.).
. Payroll package subject to relevant working experience.
. Design Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, SketchUp and Photoshop.
. Bilingual in both English & Chinese is a MUST (liaise with Chinese speaking customer).
. 6 days work per week: Mon to Sat 9am - 6pm.
. Working place: office or project site.
