Interior Designer

Job Description

• Able to manage client intake meetings & site survey
• Brainstorm and propose creative solutions
• Prepare 3D renders and present winning designs to clients
• Develop design/detailed drawings
• Prepare colour scheme and material board
• Source competitive quote/materials/samples
• Prepare Construction Specification/Design Documentation/Sample Board

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent
• Min 2 years design experience in high end residential
• Creative conceptual design ability with a flair for winning designs
• Able to work under tight schedule
• Have experience in technical/detailed co-ordination and drawing
• Skilled in space planning/conceptual design/interior detailing
• Proficient in AutoCad, Photoshop & Sketchup, Sketchup, Powerpoint, Excel, and any other design software
• Good team player and proactive
• Able to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently
• Takes pride in seeing a project to completion.
