Interior Designer

Role Description

- Meet with clients to establish rapport, requirements, budget, schedule, design brief.

- Develop design concepts, produce mood boards, sketches, 3D visualisations and detailed drawings.

- Prepare space planning layouts, material & finish selections, furniture and fixture procurement.

- Maintain project documentation, client communications, contracts and drawings.

- Follow up proactively with leads and maintain strong client relationships to drive conversions.

- Prepare accurate cost estimates, quotations, and proposals based on design scope and materials.

- Track project budgets, payments, and progress milestones.

- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, suppliers, site teams to ensure design intent is realised.

- Conduct site visits, oversee project progress, monitor budget, ensure timelines are met and quality is maintained.

- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety and accessibility standards in Singapore.

- Present designs to clients, communicate clearly and adjust plans based on feedback.

No experience are welcomed, in-house course will be provided!
