Interior Designer

Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for an Interior Designer, primarily based in Paya Lebar with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, creating and refining design concepts, producing construction drawings, selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and ensuring design projects meet client needs. Daily tasks may include collaborating with clients and team members, managing design projects through to completion, and adhering to timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design concepts
• Experience with Construction Drawings and Architecture
• Knowledge of FF&E selection and specifications
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar applications
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Relevant educational qualifications in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields
• Prior experience with commercial and residential projects is a plus
