As an Interior Designer at Smart Home Pte Ltd, you will play a key role in shaping exceptional client experiences from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, propose creative and practical design solutions, and guide them through the entire design and sales process. Your ability to translate ideas into well-executed designs while achieving project and sales objectives will be essential to your success.
Develop and propose design concepts that align with clients requirements and expectations
Manage project budgets to ensure they meet design and functional goals
Plan and coordinate project timelines to ensure timely completion
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards before project handover
Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply (comprehensive step-by-step sales and closing training provided by experienced sales leaders)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
Good organisational and time-management abilities
Able to stay focused, structured, and efficient on long-term projects

Interior Designer - Minimum $5,000 (0-1 year experience, no experience required)
Senior Interior Designer - Minimum $8,000 (1-3 years experience, minimum 20 design portfolios)
