Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented InteriorDesigner to collaborate closely with the business owner on client projects. This role offers the opportunity to blend creative design expertise with client engagement, driving project success through strong presentations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed layout drawings and technical drafts to support project development
- Attend client sales meetings alongside the business owner to capture requirements and build client relationships
- Take clear, structured meeting notes to ensure accurate documentation of client discussions
- Develop comprehensive job scopes that translate client needs into actionable design plans
- Curate inspiration images and mood references to enhance design storytelling and client engagement
- Create compelling design presentations that effectively communicate concepts and secure project approvals
- Assist in translating client discussions into precise design briefs to guide project execution
- Demonstrate proficiency in design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Canva, and PowerPoint to produce professional design materials
- Work independently and take initiative to manage tasks and contribute to project progress
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong communication and active listening skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to documentation accuracy
- A keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to craft persuasive design narratives
- Confidence and professionalism in client-facing situations
- Interest in interior design supported by relevant studies candidates with limited experience will receive training
