RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for concept, schematic and detailed design development including:Concept Design Proposal
Preparation of Shop drawings for Construction
Materials & Finishes Selection - Conduct site visit and meet client for discussion on layout plans and design concepts.
- Responsible in generating computer generated 3D Visuals and AutoCAD technical drawings
- Responsible for the preparation and proposal of materials, mood boards for approval
QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS
- Processes creativity, flair and passion for interior design
- Have a good knowledge of current design trends
- Experiences in design and build for Fit Out Projects of Offices and Commercial projects preferred.
- Minimum Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop & Sketchup.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Good understanding of material costing will be an advantage
