Job Summary
Develop and deliver innovative interior design solutions for commercial office projects, driving client satisfaction through detailed proposals, technical drawings, and compelling 3D visualizations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and conceptualize interior design solutions tailored for commercial office environments to meet client needs and project goals
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather accurate spatial data and client requirements for proposal preparation
- Prepare detailed project proposals that clearly communicate design concepts and scope of work to clients and stakeholders
- Generate high-quality 3D computerized perspective visuals using software tools to effectively illustrate design intent
- Produce precise presentation and technical drawings to support project execution and client approvals
- Collaborate effectively with team members and clients to ensure design alignment and project success
- Communicate design ideas clearly and professionally in presentations and discussions to influence decision-making
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Enscape, and related design software to create detailed and visually compelling design outputs
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and client engagement
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to drive project completion and continuous improvement
