Construction and Renovation Company look for Interior Designer
Job Description:
- Able to handle & prepared Design and Proposed Layout Plans, Elevations, Details, Perspective Drawings and 3D Drawings
- Preparation of Quotation/ Invoice/ Project Schedule and Timeline
- Overseeing the implementation of design plans and liaising with construction teams (Eg: Carpenters/Plumbers/Electricians/other Sub-Contractors)
- Conduct client meetings to understand design intentions, present concepts, and provide regular progress updates throughout the project lifecycle
- Selecting and coordinating the procurement of appropriate materials, furnishings, and fixtures
- Any ad-hoc duties which may be assigned by the Management
- 5 Working days
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Interior Designer, preferably in the commercial and residential sectors
- Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent creativity and problem-solving skills to deliver unique, functional designs
- Effective communication and client management abilities
- Keen attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and under tight deadlines
- Independent and motivated self-learner
