Interior Designer

Covers design aspect:

. space planning, conceptual design development and detailing.

. layout planning, Material and construction proposal.

. articulate and present design proposal to client

. produce detail, shop and construction drawings and specifications, maintaining and monitoring the drawings schedule.

. Responsible for work related to drafting and design including, 2D detailing and 3D modeling, site survey and AS built.

. Liase and coordinate with designers, supplier and vendors.

. Ensure design / drawings meet relevant code and compliance requirements.

. Ensure final drawings are produced on time.

. Goods understanding of material costs and application.

Requirements:

. 3 to 4 years working experience in commercial interior design industry preferred

. Neat and organized

. Positive working attitude

. Strong written and verbal communication skills

. Proficient in AutoCad, 3Dmax, photoshop, illustrator
