Job Summary
Prepare and produce accurate shop, as-built, and construction drawings to meet project requirements. Collaborate with clients and teams to ensure timely, compliant deliverables and support smooth project execution.
Responsibilities
- Produce shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction drawings aligned with project specifications
- Review and clarify client or consultant drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Deliver required drawings on time to meet project schedules
- Verify drawing accuracy and compliance throughout the drafting process
- Match drawings and measurements to actual installations at project sites
- Attend site meetings and conduct site measurements to gather precise data
- Generate accurate cut lists for material procurement and inspect delivered materials at project sites
- Submit weekly progress reports promptly to track project status
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proficient in AutoCAD software for drafting and design tasks
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Sketch-Up software is advantageous
- Familiarity with other design software is a plus
- Professional certification, diploma, or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related fields
- 1-2 years of drafting experience with strong analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English to collaborate with associates
- Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Result-driven mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
