QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Pre-Requisites:

• Min. 5 years experience in related Construction industry.
• Able to manage tight deadline schedules and pressure positively and effectively.
• Team player & motivated.

Scope of Work:

• Assist Sales Team to generate quotations, delivery orders & invoices, debtors statement. progress claim
• Draw for difference types of sections and plan drawing with AutoCAD
• Preparation of Estimates for initial budget proposals for the cost of the project.
• Prepared of tender and contract documents.
• To get and collect the necessary quotation from subcontractors and suppliers for costing purpose.
• Arrange to invite the Sub-cons quotations and discuss and point out the specifications for sub con's understanding.
• Preparation of bills of quantities.
• Preparation to certify sub-contractors claim.
• Preparing of QS reports and procurement process.
• Submit the bill of quantity to the client as per target date.
• Perform the VO work and Cost control of the project.
• Preparation of Final Jobs Close out reports, actual quantities, according to the built drawing.
• Attend site meeting occasionally.
• Maintaining proper filing of documents at all times required by projects team
• Coordination of projects between projects team and customers in purchasing & shipping/logistics
• Planning AP/AR forecast together with Finance & Sales department
