Interior designer cum site coordinator

Project Management:

. Scheduling of workflow to ensure smooth coordination with stakeholders of renovation projects

. Working with a team to design, conceptualize and space-plan creatively with detailed work specifications

. Liaison with suppliers and contractors during the construction/implementation phase

. Manage projects to meet deadlines and budget

Customer Engagement:

. Client liaison/presentation to provide advice on interior design and renovation solutions

. Follow up on sales leads

. Ensure customer satisfaction

Supervision:

. Work closely with suppliers & internal contractors to ensure high-quality project completion

Ascertain proposed design & timeline set are duly achieved
